⛔Please note that the Mabvuku & Mutare rd/Harare Dve circle roadworks can cause some traffic delays. The impact varies depending on the day and time of travel, but this is just a heads-up in advance

Check-in time is from *2pm to 4:00 pm*. If you anticipate arriving later, kindly let us know in advance so we can arrange with our staff and gate security accordingly. 


*LATE ARRIVALS*
⏰️ 🕑 LATE ARRIVAL NOTICE

Please note that late arrivals will incur a late arrival surcharge per camp, payable in cash directly to the staff member on duty who is waiting to welcome you:

🕕 Up to 6.00pm: $10 per camp
🕗 Up to 8.00pm: $20 per camp
🌙 After 8.00pm: $30 per camp

Please keep us informed if your ETA is after 4.00pm, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.

For late arrivals, especially after dark/raining,  we would really appreciate it if you could give the staff member a lift back to the main gate once you have been settled in.

🌿🏕 When you arrive, let the staff give you a quick walk-around before they leave. A few things in camp work a little differently out here in the bush

🧼 🚿 🦟 Remember to bring your toiletries and insect repellent/spray

🚿🚿 🚿Please note that the gas geyser has been pre-set for a comfortable hot shower. _Kindly don't adjust the settings.

To enjoy hot water, simply turn the tap towards the red dot. Add cold water only if needed.

Enjoy your shower with a sky view! ✨

🌧 If it rains, please drop the tent flaps to keep everything dry. Bring the chair cushions inside, move the canvas chairs onto the veranda and pop the wooden planks over the gas stove to keep water out of the burners. Please keep the toilet paper in the plastic buckets with lids so it stays dry. If the wind picks up, just give everything outside a quick check to make sure it’s secure.

🌟 Kindly note that all camp equipment must remain at its allocated camp. Please avoid moving any items to other areas so we can maintain smooth operations and ensure everything is ready for your comfort

🚮 We are committed to protecting the natural beauty of the game park. Kindly remember to bring bin bags and take all litter and waste with you when you leave. This helps us keep the wilderness pristine so it can be enjoyed by us and future generations. Thank you for helping us look after this special place.

🌟 After signing in with security at the first gate, continue to the second gate to enter the game park. Keep left at the fork and follow the road downhill. You will pass the baboon and baby statue on your left. Continue on, cross the river using the small bridge, then drive up the hill to the owl statue. Turn left and follow the road until you reach a small dam with a white statue (we call her Beauty!). Cross the dam wall. Kingfisher Camp with a platform will be directly ahead. Turn left, then a short distance down you will see a sign on your right. Follow this road around to the parking area.
